Shipping & Delivery Policy

Eththisai provides online services: memberships, directory listings and event information. Nothing is shipped physically.

This policy explains how and when you receive what you pay for.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is needed.

2. Memberships

  • A payment receipt is sent to your registered email address as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • An Individual membership is activated on your Eththisai account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Its benefits are available immediately.
  • A Business membership is checked by the Eththisai team before it is activated, usually within 24 hours of payment and at most 48 hours. When it is approved, it is activated on your account and we email you.
  • A Student Pass is activated once the student ID has been verified.

3. Directory Listings

A business, teacher or job listing is reviewed by the team, usually within 24 hours of submission, and is published in the directory once it is approved. You can see its status at any time in your dashboard.

4. Events

Where an event registration is taken through Eththisai, the confirmation and any entry details are sent to your registered email address.

5. If Something Does Not Arrive

If you have paid and have not received a receipt, or your membership has not been activated when it should have been, please contact us with your payment details and we will resolve it.
